1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Example options:

Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $8.00

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.00

Free Shipping on orders over $70
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
3. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, Mexico, EU, Australia, New Zealand
Shipping charges and delivery times for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Please note:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do ship to P.O. boxes.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Dyno Kwick Pick Store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged:

Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
